The associate was very kind and offered to come try to jump my car. It worked and I was able to get home! They did this for me free of charge. I can’t say thank you enough! I will definitely be back if I need any more services. Thank you!

However, my experience with pricing and communication was disappointing. I was verbally told the total cost would be about $375, but after the work was finished the final bill was $492. This was quite unexpected. I also had to wait a long time (about 2 hours) for the parts to arrive. No one mentioned that I could purchase the parts myself, which could have been much cheaper and faster. For example, the tie rod end I was charged over $100 for can be found at near AutoZone for around $25. Overall, the mechanical work seems fine, but the pricing transparency and communication could definitely be improved.
