- TLTara LOct 18, 20255.0These amazing guys told me that they could fit me in right away on 10/13, a Monday morning where I realized as I was leaving my neighborhood that I had a flat tire and wasn’t going to make it to my scheduled CPR recertification class or work on time for that matter. I went to my usual spot right here in Westchase but was told it would be at least an hour and a half before they could get me in because they only had one guy working on cars. I’ve been purchasing my tires at that shop for years and let me just say this, I believe the guy that was handling customers at the front desk woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I definitely wouldn’t treat a very loyal customer the way he treated me. Needless to say I told him I was going to call and see if anyone could get me in sooner and when I reached out to Mavis, the guy that answered said, how quick can you get there? They took my car back as soon as I arrived and within 40 minutes I had a new tire and was out the door. Not only was the staff very very friendly and accommodating, but they were not pushy with their suggestions of what type of maintenance I would need soon and further down the road. They didn’t try to put me in the most expensive tire and the survey that I received via email after I left even asked if I felt pressured to purchase anything. I admire a company that does a great job with their customers without feeling the need to push extra services or more expensive items than the customer needs at the time. I will definitely go back to this Mavis location!
