- CPchain pain3 days ago3.0The people were good, but i went to get my new tires put on the rims were perfect. Got home and chunks of the rim came off. I cant find these rims anymore. Pretty bummed about it.
- AДмитрий Пекшев5 days ago4.0The alignment work itself was done well and the steering wheel is now straight, so I appreciate the work the mechanics did. However, my experience with pricing and communication was disappointing. I was verbally told the total cost would be about $375, but after the work was finished the final bill was $492. This was quite unexpected. I also had to wait a long time (about 2 hours) for the parts to arrive. No one mentioned that I could purchase the parts myself, which could have been much cheaper and faster. For example, the tie rod end I was charged over $100 for can be found at near AutoZone for around $25. Overall, the mechanical work seems fine, but the pricing transparency and communication could definitely be improved.

Thats unusual and they gaves me auto applied a coupon that normally you would have to bring into to honor. Also they have free air pump to the public unlike 7-11 @ $3 Highly recommended.
