The technician was too concerned about something else and was distracted by it he forgot to put the oil cap on correctly. When you dont put the cap on it causes. A bunch if issues like oil turnoff from it splashing on the engine compartment. Also, it causes the car to throw the throttle off and to throw codes for a vacuum leak. After spent over $400.00 in sensor replacements....I noticed the cap was only latched down on one side. Now I need to verify if my car is low on oil due to the negligence of your tech. I will not be using this location ever again or the company.

My son we in about 3 weeks a as go saying that the truck was making noises and the gauges were moving all over the place. He was told that a technician was not in so they could not work on his truck to come back another day, he came back a week later and was told the same thing that the technician was not in and they were too busy to get him in today so they made an appointment for him to come back the next day. That night he was on the side of the road for 2 1/2 hours with a busted engine. I got a phone call and had to wait for him to get a tow. This was in the middle of the night and could’ve been prevented if he had been seen. I have attached a video of what the engine sounded like there should’ve been no reason why my son was put in this situation. Now we have to come up with a minimum of $5000 to get this engine fixed.

Now I haven't had an oil change for about 4 to 5 months, but I only drive it a couple times a week. She check all the fluids, air filter and tire pressure. Everything was good to go and in great shape. I was in shock due to her honesty. Thank you for a great experience. I will certainly return when I need any services at the auto shop. Honesty is hard to find these days. This place gets 10+ gold stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
