  Be careful when calling for a quote ...I called and they said there was an upcharge of $25 for mobile 1 oil and when I got there and got the bill it said $45 unchanged! I asked the attendant about it and all he said was sorry it must have been a mistake ....I'm not happy that I got ripped $20

  I had a great experience with this location. The team was very professional and honest about the situation with my car, which I truly appreciated.   I got great service here. I knew I needed new tires and breaks. I went in to get the tires while they were being changed I asked if they could look at the breaks and give me an honest assessment. They really worked with me to get it done at an affordable price. Thanks to all that helped me out.

  I was disappointed. I called ahead for pricing and gave all my vehicle details. During the service they don't discuss pricing until the end. The price ended up being more than quoted. I'm not really thrilled with the reasoning. 'They', 'Corporate', 'I think I know who it was'.... It was a guess that maybe the oil filter was misquoted, but the receipt shows the price was way over before even getting to the oil filter. I guess what I expected was a resolution - even if that meant getting a manager involved. Just confiding in me that you know who likely gave me 'bad information' doesn't solve the problem. I was direct. I told her it was my first visit and that I likely wouldn't be back because of the experience - now was the time to fix it. I was told 'yeah...there's nothing I can do. Have a nice day.' And just like that....my first and last experience.

  I came in for an alignment today on my tan Toyota Tundra, and was beyond impressed with the customer service experience I received. Gabe, greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was very knowledgeable, gave me the lowest price possible, and had me out of the door in about 30 minutes. Also the African American gentleman working there(I didn’t catch his name)very politely showed me how to operate the Keurig😅 for the complimentary coffee(life saver). I will definitely be back to this location for my future vehicle maintenance, and you shouldn’t hesitate to stop by as well. Thanks again Gabe, Joe, and the rest of the crew at Express oil change & tire engineers. You’re the best!
