The first time I went here I was in my wife’s jeep wrangler for a basic oil change. The service was exceptional. Today I was there in my own car which is a Cadillac Blackwing. The guy asked me if I raced my car because he was seeing metal coming out of one of my tires while draining the oil. It had me worried I’m not going to lie so I did listen to him at first as my car is used. I later had a second opinion on what they suggested replacing both front tires for over $600. The second opinion said they were just looking for money. Watch out going here the tech was very pushy on wanting me to buy the tires right then and there and lining up an appointment to install the new tires when in fact I don’t need them. My car has 18,000 miles on it and is driven commuting lightly not raced etc.The second opinion in fact said my tires have about more than half their life left. Watch your money always evaluate your car before listening to these guys! Get a second opinion. What a shame…

The technician was too concerned about something else and was distracted by it he forgot to put the oil cap on correctly. When you dont put the cap on it causes. A bunch if issues like oil turnoff from it splashing on the engine compartment. Also, it causes the car to throw the throttle off and to throw codes for a vacuum leak. After spent over $400.00 in sensor replacements....I noticed the cap was only latched down on one side. Now I need to verify if my car is low on oil due to the negligence of your tech. I will not be using this location ever again or the company.
