  Renting a car from enterprise Tampa Road was a wonderful experience. Ray Caruso was absolutely fabulous. He had us in and out in record time. The car itself was wonderful to drive returning the car was just as quick and easy as renting it. Price was very good, but the customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend if you’re thinking about renting a car to see Ray at enterprise on Tampa Road. I will certainly be renting from him again..

  After an accident finding a rental is the first and sometimes one of the more difficult things to do. Thankfully Enterprise made it incredibly easy, found me a rental that worked perfectly and got me through the car buying process. Great people, great service.

  I had an excellent experience with this rental car company at the Oldsmar location. After being in an accident, I needed a rental during a very stressful time, and the staff—Ray and Richard—truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience made the entire process smooth and reassuring. They were extremely responsive, handled everything efficiently from start to finish, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. While my vehicle was being repaired, Ray and Richard communicated directly with the repair shop and immediately informed me each time my rental needed to be extended—especially when I was unable to reach the repair shop myself. Customer service like this is extremely rare, and it made a huge difference during a difficult situation. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental car. Ray and Richard, thank you so much for everything you did!

  I HOPE NOBODY EVERRRR DOES BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. When I was returning a vehicle to switch into another one, I told the guy I could fill it up, he stated not to and it would be deducted from card on file, the fill up would only run about $20-$25. Never once mentioned anything about an up charge, they never explained the agreement either just rushed to have me sign the boxes and Ended upcharging me $45 because apparently we are supposed to bring cars filled up, yet I legit offered to fill it up before hand and even offered him cash to fill it up, he never once mentioned the upcharge and simply said ONLY the money for GAS would be deducted, they switched me into another rental which was not filled up, AND I HAVE PROOF also I returned the second car completely filled up, although it wasn’t when I got the car and when I called them on this matter RAY simply said “I don’t know what you are getting at, but we do not guarantee the car will have any specific amount of gas so I will have to hang up, have a good one” and hung up on me. So basically they can give you a car not filled up but we are supposed to return it filled and if not they’ll upcharge you but won’t reimburse you for returning a car with full gas or more gas than what theirs originally was given with or had. Worst Rent-A-Car I’ve ever dealt with, hope this location gets shut down for scamming their customers, because this is not the first and I’m sure not the last customer I see has had similar issues with this specific location. I will be reaching out to the Attorney General to check on them and the way they handle business moving forward.
