  I had a appointment, then they say I dont when I get there. No cars. Smells like mold inside location. Last time we waited over a hr for a smokey nasty smelling vehicle. Suggest a different location.the manager Ray said he wouldn't serve me at his location because I post 100 percent facts.

  Your staff at the Oldsmar location is phenomenal! They greet you with a smile and are personable. I feel so very comfortable talking to them and doing business with them. One even told me about your selling cars. I am extremely pleased with the Oldsmar location and will be doing business again with them. Your other locations could learn from the staff at Oldsmar! They are simply the best!

  Great experience renting at Oldsmar Enterprise. They helped coordinate my drop off and pick up at the body shop. The entire process was very smooth. I found the staff to be professional, kind and funny. Great service.

  Renting a car from enterprise Tampa Road was a wonderful experience. Ray Caruso was absolutely fabulous. He had us in and out in record time. The car itself was wonderful to drive returning the car was just as quick and easy as renting it. Price was very good, but the customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend if you’re thinking about renting a car to see Ray at enterprise on Tampa Road. I will certainly be renting from him again..
