Inside, several people at the counters .... The manager asked me to wait a few minutes.. all I needed was a battery check. They were absolutely amazing!! Within 10 minutes, I met Sam, the associate from the parking lot (the gentleman was already gone!!). She helped check the SUV and locate a new battery w/in just a few minutes. Sam was so knowledgeable and helpful, I can see why every customer knew her & had to try to stop her to say hi. She did a great job staying courteous while also on task. I was out of there in about 30 minutes.👍 Sam even took extra care to make sure the connectors were properly tightened. I will absolutely be recommending this location to anyone I know in need of car parts.
