  Kyle P was SUCH a help to me I can't say enough. They were great on the phone, better in person. Old fashioned customer service at its best.

  This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I am a commercial account customer at this AutoZone and I had to visit this store twice just to return two unopened bottles of coolant with my receipt. BOTH times I was turned away by the manager Matt because he claimed he was not trained on how to process a return and felt uncomfortable doing it. I am sorry, but that is completely unacceptable. He is a manager at a store and he cannot process a basic return with a receipt sitting right in front of him. That is his job! I asked him to call a different store to ask for assistance and he refused! I left both times with nothing accomplished and my time completely wasted. I then had to drive out of my way to a totally different AutoZone location, and you know what they did? They processed my return immediately with no hesitation, no excuses, and no runaround. They just did their job like a normal store would. The manager I spoke to at the other location couldn’t believe the lack of customer service that this store failed to provide. This is flat out embarrassing for this location. Matt has no business being in a management role if he cannot handle the most basic task in retail, and whoever is responsible for training him dropped the ball completely. I am coming back to this store this week to speak to the store manager Rob directly, and I am not leaving without answers and compensation for the time and multiple trips this store has cost me. I have been more than patient and I am completely done being brushed off.
