The manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that I understood what my car needed. Highly recommend this place.
- RWR WellmanMar 25, 20261.0Definitely don't recommend going to this place had my oil changed and they put 5 quarts in my car instead of the 6 quarts it needed I drove 800 miles my engine oil light came on that has never ever happened in 5 years when I was there they did not have conventional oil they had to go out and buy it so that took forever and then they only put five quarts in I drove 800 miles one quart low until it finally registered and let me know went there to see if I could get some help they looked at the bottom of the pan they said absolutely no leaks this car is never leaked or burn oil long story short all they want to do is give me a coupon for a $29.95 oil change and that only includes 5 quarts I would have to pay for the extra quart. Already paid $10 at a marathon station just to top it off and it wasn't even the right oil so now I have two kinds of oil in the motor just to get home these people wouldn't even offer me a free oil change my oil is still clear so yes I don't recommend using this place ever. Rebuttal: I called customer care was put on hold three times was told I'd get a call back nothing. So I got on the chat they said somebody would call me some guy called me and said there was nothing he could do so enough with your standard comebacks call customer Care will take care of you just a load of crap. I guess I'll be going to the one north of 70 from now on my neighbor said that's a good one. No wonder they're always empty when I go by.
