- BBBearApr 4, 20263.0This place was clean enough and new. There are only three bathroom stalls so the lines are very very long. They don’t have the good crunchy ice so I won’t be back here.
- DGDS GApr 3, 20264.0Very Clean. Pump areas well-maintained. Proper soapy water for wind-screen squeegees and paper towels. Everything is clearly above average for one of these places. Except two cashier employees who seemed very annoyed to answer a simple question. Not even a grunt.

- JCjoel chaviMar 29, 20261.0I visited tonight, March 29, 2026, and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the manager on duty, who told me her name was Peggy (I’m not completely sure if that was correct). She informed me that the system was down and that she could not sell me access to the restroom. I explained that I was willing to pay in cash, but she made no effort to find a solution. Her attitude came across as dismissive and somewhat arrogant, even stating, “I am the manager, and I’m telling you there’s nothing I can do.” What was most frustrating is that I’ve been to other truck stops where, even if the system is down, staff can manually open the restroom door once payment is made or at least try to assist the customer. Peggy showed no willingness to help or offer alternatives. I believe this reflects a lack of proper customer service training. A better attitude and a willingness to help customers would make a big difference. I hope management addresses this, as experiences like this are disappointing.

It’s crazy that men like that are still driving. Who is responsible? Date: March 8, 2026, 9:10 AM -9:25 AM Thank God nothing happened, but I was left trembling.
