    Enterprise has by far been the easiest less stressful place to rent a vehicle from, never had a problem after 6 yrs of renting with them its been perfect everytime.

    No stars if I could...reserved our vehicle 2 months in advance. Arrived day of rental not to have said vehicle. Unbeknown to us there was a recall on the vehicle we had reserved. Instead of giving us prior knowledge of this and calling ahead to ensure we were still requesting this vehicle no word was given on not having our vehicle we initially reserved. We arrive only to be placed in a van that was not equipped to hold our passenger load. (No other vehicles in the surrounding area to rent due to the holidays). For our "inconvenience "we were given a $35 credit and could return the vehicle back with half a tank of fuel. The whole process was not idea and we had to travel cramped up to and back from our destination due to their lack of consideration. 😒However, I have to say the ladies that were working were especially nice and tried to be accommodating as they possibly could. They made the best out of a not so great or idea situation. I appreciate their kindness. Lisa, To answer you, I had already spoken to the crisis team twice with the assumption that they were going to reply within the hour. Never heard anything back from anyone. I also sent an email and no reply. So reaching out to someone in the hopes of a response....not likely to happen 🤔.

    Have rented many times from this place And from other Enterprises never been charged $75 for cleaning which I clean every time I take the vehicle back, but I guess because there was crumbs on the The floor in the back I was charged $75 for them to open a vacuum when I’ve gotten vehicles that were dirty still and then charge me 4144 for gas when I would know it was on over a half a tank that’s crazy. I don’t know if I ever rent from these people again makes my stomach turn to see how people just charge any fees to people‘s card.
