- RARolla Abney4 days ago1.0I can only speak for my only experience with Enterprise Rent a car. I reserved a car over two months ahead of time and today was supposed to be the day of my rental. I had already checked in and filled out all the pertinent information from an email they sent thinking everything was fine. When I got there I was informed that they did not have a vehicle for me. This was at 2:30 on Friday afternoon. I had no recourse. I called customer service and was given lip service. No help whatsoever! I just hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. Please avoid this location!
