The store manager was very rude to us. We go to the front counter and tell him we need brake pads, and he kept asking “if we really need them” and then he proceeded to say to my sister “you return things a lot” and i told him that this is for me i just need her with me because i am unsure how to get brake pads and stuff. and then he asks for a number and my sister was going to give him hers, and he said that i need to give him my number when i didn’t have a phone number with him. the previous times we went there and bought stuff for my car we would always use my sisters phone number because my car is on her number and the other guys had no issue with it. he proceeded to keep yelling at us saying that the other worker did it wrong, and so i said “so your teaching your workers wrong?” and he said no i didn’t teach them. and he also proceeded to say that he was the store manager so i’m confused on who else is teaching the workers if he isn’t. my sister also has autism so this situation made her very upset because he constantly targets her. he was just very rude and aggressive, something needs to happen so this situation doesn’t happen to others as well because i’m sure it does.

Horrible store manager honestly needs to be replaced. I went in there with my sister and for brake pads and he started to repeatedly to ask me if I needed them I said yes multiple times I said they are for my sister vehicle then he would not let me use my number for the parts for some reason then proceeded to argue with me and my sister. Then I left the store then he started to tell my sister that I’m trouble and some other stuff about me right in front of her. Then he refused to sell to my sister. The store manager has always been very rude to me every time I go in there always gave me a very unprofessional tone, and he obviously doesn’t care about his job at all. He is super hostile and very disrespectful. Something needs to be done about his actions.

I recently placed a phone call to AutoZone inquiring about a part for my truck. What should have been a straightforward call turned into an experience that was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely dismissive of me as a customer. The individual who identified himself as the manager spoke in heavy slang and broken phrases that sounded more like street talk than professional communication. Instead of listening and trying to assist, he aggressively demanded names and numbers without explanation. His tone was impatient and condescending, making it difficult to even explain what I needed. At one point, I asked him directly if he was concerned about my needs as a customer and how he could help me. His exact response was, “No.” Hearing a manager at a national retailer openly say he was not concerned about helping me was shocking and insulting. Shortly after, before I could even finish explaining the part I was looking for a part commonly used in rural areas he hung up on me. That left me without the information I needed and with a very negative impression of AutoZone’s customer service. Instead of professionalism and respect, I was treated with hostility and outright disregard for my needs. As a customer trying to make a purchase, this experience was completely unacceptable.
