  Major shoutout to Steve and his night shift crew. They got my tires installed and provided the best customer service I could ask for. Steve in particular is very personable and very kind. Thank you again Steve, I will be coming back!

  I visited Tire Kingdom in Odessa around 7 PM, and Steve was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough—without being pushy at all. Even though it was close to their 8 PM closing time on a Thursday, I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. The entire team was welcoming and took the time to provide great service. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone and suggest asking for Steve and his crew!

  This is the second time Ive tried doing business with this specific establishment. Met with a I dont care attitude, "unwilling to help". I placed an order online, which btw the sales agent was great, "Abner" I believe. However after 30 minutes I called back to see jf I can could change the tire size. There was a $25 deposit. First call, standoffish, said I placed order too late. 2nd call, me t with the tire was not available anywhere in their system when just 30 minutes earlier it was. 3rd call, Same attitude, same rejection. I then advised they could keep the 25 dollars, they made but list the $1400 plus. I canceled the order. A few years prior I was met with the same attitude. For a business that relys on periodic maintenance you think you want repeat customers. Keystone Plaza Firestone has been very receptive, TK take note.

  I recently had another outstanding experience at Tire Kingdom, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Steve. From the moment I walked in, Steve made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The service itself was quick and high-quality, and it’s obvious that Steve takes pride in running a well-organized and customer-focused shop. It’s not always easy to find honest, reliable auto service, but this location truly stands out because of his leadership. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom—especially if you have the chance to work with Steve. Great customer service, transparency, and excellent work all around.
