  I used to go all the time when it was the Trinity carwash, but the new ownership is SOO bad. I got one of the more expensive washes since I don’t get my car washed often and the person taping the buttons forced me to get a subscription after I said three times I don’t want one. I was told “it’s free washes for the whole month, you don’t need a subscription it just comes with this wash” and then I get a text a month later saying my “subscription” which I DID NOT WANT OR BUY, is about to raised to a higher price. Half their vacuums don’t even work, and half the wash is broken so I didn’t even get my full car wash. They also no longer maintain their water and soap mixture that’s in the pre rinse area before you go to get your car washed. All around this car wash is now a joke that only makes money because of its convenient location.

  paid for car wash and the vacuums were not working, they had 5 llama head boys working there eating, and not one of them left the office to inform you before you paid . and they could not give refunds. just a garbage company as well as garbage employees

  Tom at Take 5 seriously made my day. He was so nice, quick, and knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about customers and not just rushing people through. It’s hard to find service like that, I’ll 100% be back!

  I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Car Wash! The entire process was fast, efficient, and left my car looking absolutely spotless. The team there clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their service. I especially want to recognize Kiay on the team—she truly went above and beyond!! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made sure every detail was taken care of and brought such a positive energy to the whole experience. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in delivering top-tier service! I will definitely be returning.

  Great experience at this car wash! The team did an excellent job—my car came out spotless inside and out, and you can tell they really pay attention to detail. Kiay, the manager, was especially impressive. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly while checking in to ensure I was happy with the service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
