It's been painful to watch just how badly this carwash has fallen. My husband and I have been members for years, ever since it was Speed's car wash. Take 5 came in and it has slowly gotten worse year after year.
Half the brushes in the wash don't work on any given day. The floormat cleaners have been broken for months. I guess that 12 inch piece of hose it too expensive to replace. The spinning chamois dryer touches the car sometimes, sometimes it just spins above it.
Don't even get me going on the workers. Apparently, this Take 5 location only hires early 20's, skinny, tattooed young men, who are glued to their phones even while they are waving you into the track. They look like they are all part of the same pre-trial diversion program for youthful offenders.
There have been several accidents at this location in the car wash tube. Each time, Take 5 blames the drivers even though their rollers malfunction all the time and their workers hardly pay attention.
Here is the kicker- we just received a text stating that the prices are going up. That's right, even though there are a dozen other places nearby, Take 5 thought it would be a good idea to raise prices.
With so many other places nearby, Take 5 car wash is not worth the hassle....

Horrible customer service. Now I know it’s hard to find good work these days because of entitlement, but dang. I waited for about two minutes so I wasn’t sure if they knew I was there so I gave a little honk of the horn and the guy in this photo sent me through with the car wash turned off so I had to go through again. What is supposed to be a 5 minute car wash turned into a 15 minute ordeal. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait a minute or so, but this was the longest I’d have to wait to go through the car wash.
recently upgraded to a higher quality car wash,
but the quality of wash still seem to be the same
not sure if the attendant at the wash bay entrance is selecting the right package. not worth the upgrade.

The brushes scratched the hell out of my car and i immediately went to the employees who said that this happens from time to time and that NONE of employees that work there use tge brushes because of this; that they use brushless!!!!!! The manager PATRICK will not return my calls! BAD BUSINESS, BAD SERVICE and DISGUSTING that their own employees say their machines are bad! Where is the owners? Where is the accountability?
By the way… TAKE 5 don’t respond with your damn phone number to contact you back with because we all know no one EVER answers that phone! Its BS

I was charged multiple times for washes I never received.
I went one afternoon to use the wash, paid at the entrance, and the gate never lifted. I tried again with the same card, then another card, thinking it might be an issue on my end. It wasn’t. All of the charges posted to my bank account.
I contacted support and already provided screenshots of the transactions, but instead of resolving it directly, they asked for more unnecessary information and made a simple issue harder than it needed to be.
Since I live nearby, I came back expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, the manager, Zander, was dismissive, unhelpful, and more concerned about trying to charge me $5 to use the vacuums than addressing the fact that I had already paid for washes I never got. He also acted like this kind of problem does not happen, yet while I was there I watched another driver get stuck at the entrance and have to honk repeatedly for help.
On top of that, one of the attendants was on his phone the whole time, and there were barely any towels stocked for customers.
Poor accountability, poor service, and poorly managed overall. I would not recommend this location.
