  Dear Goodyear Team, I recently visited your location for a tire rotation that was included with my warranty. I had a very positive interaction with both the technician and the front service representative, Bob, and I appreciate their time and professionalism. After returning home and taking a closer look at the vehicle, I noticed that my left front rim still has the same brake dust pattern that was present before the service. Since my two front rims had previously been replaced, I had been keeping track of them, and based on what I observed, it appears that the left front tire may not have been moved during the rotation. I called the store and spoke with Bob, who confirmed that the rotation was completed. However, based on the condition of the rim and the lack of brake dust on the rear tire that would now be in the front position, I am concerned that the left front tire may not have been rotated. I want to be clear that I am not looking to create an issue or place blame. I simply wanted to bring this to your attention in case something was overlooked. I value good service and chose Goodyear for that reason, so I thought it would be best to communicate my observation directly. What hurts my heart is I gave the technician a good tip and if I was lied to that's unacceptable I will gladly change it back to a five star if they would initiate some type of accountability.   I had my last than one star experience with this establishment a bit more than 6 months ago, but when I came here to write a crappy review there were so many similar experiences with the poor customer service and the manager, Pat, I believe, was perfectly accepting of the crappy customer service. So I was not going to bother myself - however when I went to my new mechanic today I found that someone at that location had cross threaded 2 lug nuts on my car! Avoid giving this Goodyear location your business, they are not trustworthy.

  Jackie is truly amazing. She goes far beyond basic customer service and genuinely cares about her clients. There were times she had to completely go out of her way, and she still made the impossible possible just to help. She’s kind, patient, and always willing to do whatever it takes to make things smooth and stress-free. People like Jackie are rare, and I’m so grateful for all her effort and dedication

  Pat and the staff was great. Took my van for tires installation and alignment as soon as they open hoping they’ll get it done prior to my scheduled events for the day. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 tires were not in stock, however, they were able to accommodate my prior plans so I was still able to attend my appointments and bring my van back to be finished. I don’t usually leave reviews but they left an impression on me.
