  Don’t go to this location. They try to scam you out of the membership you paid for. Tried to make me pay twice because the guy who scanned my card because the outside machine wasn’t working did it wrong and they expected me to pay another $30 for a membership I already paid for

  I strongly recommend this place the young guy who work in this place his very polite and explain you everything. He’s name is Domaine his a very helpful and try to help you all the discount you can get. Links car wash is away expensive and the assistant manager it’s seems like he don’t like his job. Go to the 5 star car wash you will not be disappointed. Very reasonable price the location is Trinity odessa.

  Place was so good when it first opened. 1) There are literally broken vacuums everywhere lying all over the floor. I have to go and move my car where there a just a select few working-sometimes backing it in. 2) The last 2 times, there is no longer an attendant issuing me in when I'm waiting to enter. They are inside I guess and all you can do is wait. 3) The last portion of the drive-through roller portion that wipes your front windshield has been broken for at least 4 weeks. I cancelled my membership. The owners do not seem interested in keeping the place in working order.

  I HAVE GIVEN ONLY 3 STARS IN SPITE OF THE EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN DEALING WITH THE MANAGER, A LADY NAMED MS. KIAY (I hope I have spelled her name correctly). Without my pleasant and productive dealing with her, I would have rated this car-wash with a rating of "1" and canceled my membership, primarily because of: (1) the unpleasant experience I have had in dealing with Ms. Kiay's staff in her absence; (2) the poor quality of the infrastructure at this location. There have been numerous occasions when there were no clean towels in the shelves, the high-pressure air hoses were not working at all and the vaccuum suction was very poor. Furthermore, when my car went thru' the washing area, hoses would strike my car with force and it was fortunate that they did not cause damage to my new vehicle. Also, there would be times when there would be an attendant at the entrance to the washing area itself, soaping the car but at other times there would be no one. With her professionalism, Kiay persuaded me to renew my membership at this facility. In my opinion, KIAY DESERVES A FIVE-STAR RATING, but since the rating above pertains to the facility as a whole, I have given it a THREE-STAR RATING. I feel this ownership is fortunate to have a manager like Kiay and would do well to ensure that the remainder of their staff follows Kiay's example before it loses customers to its competitors.
