  A few years ago, they were great, but since several new management changes, they’ve gone downhill and now they close 20 minutes before they’re supposed to, and several of their vacuums don’t work.

  Spots all over car only a day after wash.. after moving, I got the “premium” unlimited package at the beginning of the month of December 2025. Tires not shined, spots all over car only a day after wash, they only spray one side of the car, rain repellent they say lol but it doesn’t work, some vacuums don’t work, place doesn’t look sanitary at all, and the “fresh” towels are always wet. Why am I paying $30 a month when I’m not getting the full service? Unsatisfied and not worth the price. UPDATE: The OWNER said to call this number that’s an automated number that sends you a link through text message. The message they provide is suppose to be a form you fill out but instead sends you to a “frequently asked question” page with NO form provided! Not only this place gets 1 star but an F- on customer service as well. WHAT A JOKE!

  Tom is very helpful and always has the answer or he will get it. Always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Great job and should be a manager!

  Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined a lot. The staff seems disengaged and not very attentive. The mat washers are gone, and there are no brushes at the sinks to replace them. The towels are always wet, which makes drying the car frustrating. To make matters worse, when I asked an employee about the missing brushes in the area where the mat washers used to be (which I’ve used there previously), he said there had never been brushes there. When I then asked how to cancel my membership, he handed me a card and simply said “thank you.” Overall, a very disappointing experience compared to before. It’s hard to understand this level of neglect when there’s another car wash close by, and it feels like they’re pushing customers to take their business elsewhere.

  Update on the owner/operators reply to my review…As you can read they want to fix the problem and offer a phone number for me to call to fix the issue. AGAIN WHAT A JOKE! I have documented calling that number daily and holding its time 25+ minutes (then hanging up) with no answer! Go figure they are still attempting to take money out of my account everyday. Just goes to show that the BOT that is replying to these reviews obviously isn’t following up personally on any of the serious concerns or at least attempting to take people’s money would STOP! I’ll just continue to document for legal purposes at this point. SHAME ON YOU BOING US HOLDCO, CORPORATE SERVICE COMPANY, TAKE 5 CARWASH…WHOEVER YOU ARE!!! I purchased not one month of unlimited car washes but two, ant the same time and I went through the car wash a total of one time. Yes, once! I called the telephone number listed on Google for this location…NO ONE ANSWERS EVER. I went on line and completed the “customer service” form twice to be exact. NO REPLY! I then called the customer service department leaving a detailed message and received a file number (for the call) and I’m told I’ll receive a call back in 72 hours. IT’S BEEN WEEKS! I stop by the car wash and I’m told that Kia will call me and resolve my issue. NEVER HAPPENED! So today I decided to send one more “customer service” form after my debit card being attempted 5+ times per day and I immediately feel compelled to share this review right after. Imagine 800 unresolved complaints (this location alone) with the Better Business Bureau. Page after page, in detail of horror stories. Then sadly several more here on Google as well. I can only speak from my experiences. It appears the goal is definitely not providing an exemplary car washing service. It’s making certain they runs our cards every month!! In lieu of alllll my attempts to contact someone to simply get help. The email I received is still focused on getting money from me. Read it for yourself!!! Unbelievable!
