    I have a high-level membership and arrived at 6:40 PM, but the car wash was already closed even though the posted closing time is 7:00 PM. This was really disappointing, especially as a paying member. Please ensure your hours are honored so customers can rely on the service we’re paying for.

    I have been going here for about 4 months now and I’m really enjoying their level of service. I lost my member sticker and it was so easy to get it replaced, these ladies and gentlemen that work here are friendly and work hard!
