    During my car wash on Nov. 19, my car was pulled into the white Toyota Tacoma in front of me. The Toyota driver left the scene after my car pushed him out the exit. Take 5 blamed it on Toyota driver, but would not provide video. The facility manager was on vacation. I asked to have District Manager contact me, but was told he/she was too busy. I reported the incident to Take 5’s corporate customer service. It is December 8, and thus far - Take 5’s leadership team has not contacted me. My insurance company referred me to a local body shop to effect the repair, where the total cost is $1,500 - of which, the $500 deductible is on me! Very disappointed in Take 5! Needless to say, I cancelled my monthly membership.🤬 BTW - Shouldn’t there be an auto system shutdown if a vehicle stops or slows down in the middle of the car wash?

    It was horrible as the persons running the wash was incompetent and disrespectful to my son in his car. It was not being run correctly and caused the cars in the wash to be pilling up and caused my son to run into the car in front of him and the car behind him to hit him. The do called manager lied to my son and now your not taking responsibility to fix the damage caused to his vehicle. You can forget my recommendation for the future of your business. Honestly you need to make the video footage available to me and I will blast your business on the internet. Thank you for your attention to this matter and respond to our request.!

    This is the worst Take 5 car wash location. Every time I come here which is during normal business hours, they have it closed and blocked off so that no one could go in. Why am I paying for a service if I can’t use it. On top of that, when I am able to go in, the car doesn’t get washed good and the towels to dry the car are always wet. I think it’s time to cancel my membership and find another car wash company.
