I was charged multiple times for washes I never received.
I went one afternoon to use the wash, paid at the entrance, and the gate never lifted. I tried again with the same card, then another card, thinking it might be an issue on my end. It wasn’t. All of the charges posted to my bank account.
I contacted support and already provided screenshots of the transactions, but instead of resolving it directly, they asked for more unnecessary information and made a simple issue harder than it needed to be.
Since I live nearby, I came back expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, the manager, Zander, was dismissive, unhelpful, and more concerned about trying to charge me $5 to use the vacuums than addressing the fact that I had already paid for washes I never got. He also acted like this kind of problem does not happen, yet while I was there I watched another driver get stuck at the entrance and have to honk repeatedly for help.
On top of that, one of the attendants was on his phone the whole time, and there were barely any towels stocked for customers.
Poor accountability, poor service, and poorly managed overall. I would not recommend this location.
