- ASAliceson Straley2 days ago5.0I’ve never been in here before, but I walked in and felt right at home. I needed a new wipers and they quickly found ones that would fit and even installed them. I was in and out and under 10 minutes. Great service!
- LHLaura HohmanMar 1, 20261.0Well it goes like this...we needed a battery for our suv. The young man at the counter gets a rating of "6" stars for customer service! His manager gets the "1." My husband asked the young man if they had a battery lift strap. He showed us the one they sold, but was not likely to do the job safely. So my husband asked if we could borrow the one they use. The nice clerk asked if we would have it back in 2 hours (before they close) and we said yes--we would changevit right now. The young man said he would ask his manager. In less than a minute, the young man returned and said his Mgr said NO. At the very least, the manager could have come in to the store to give his reasoning...but no. Poor, poor customer service! The young man behind the counter should be given a leadership role. He already has one in the store to train.

He also went above and beyond and showing my how to add the fluid and explaining to me the best way to ensure the longevity of the product. I was on and out in 15 minutes and got home safely. This location has excellent staff and customer service. I'll definitely be back.
