- SCSumi CMar 22, 20261.0Came here on 3/8/26 around 5pm and my Lexus came out with all sorts of scratches and dirty streaks all over my car that would come from the machines. I also found my back left rim gouged out which I suspect is when I was worried about the noise and movement of my car when they guided me onto the tire track. I saw these the next day when it was bright and sunny out. Called the location and no one picked up so I left a polite voicemail. Called again Wednesday and left another voicemail and requested for the video footages to be preserved and sent to me so I can cross reference and assess. Even called corporate customer service and they said the location "has" to respond within a couple days but nothing... The staff attending to the kiosk was super nice, but super disappointed with my car being damaged and no response from management. Really sad that I basically paid $24 bucks to scratch up my car. Avoid this location. I don't have an issue with the other locations.
