I recently went through and got the platinum wash and it took me through so quick, the entire car pretty much needed washed, it didn’t touch the rear window, bed or bumper and the dryer did nothing but spread the water across the entire truck. I emailed customer service and got an auto response back saying someone will respond within 3 days. 3 weeks later, silence. Would definitely look for another location.

Pulled up to Mister Car Wash in Ocoee looking like my car had survived a Florida hurricane, a bird convention, and possibly a minor dust storm. The staff specifically ashton didn’t judge me (which I appreciate deeply), he just hit me with a smile like, “we’ve seen worse.” Comforting and concerning at the same time. The whole process was smooth—rolled onto the conveyor, and my car immediately entered what felt like a disco tunnel for vehicles. Lights flashing, brushes dancing, water everywhere… it was basically EDC for cars. I think my kia had a spiritual experience in there. When I got out on the other side, I swear my car looked so clean it gained 5 extra horsepower. The tires were shining like they had a fresh line-up for a photoshoot, and the interior vacuums were strong enough to suck up my bad decisions and half the sand from my last beach trip. Shoutout to the team here—they’re fast, friendly, and somehow unfazed by how messy people’s cars get. True heroes. If you want your car to come out looking cleaner than your search history, this is the spot. 10/10 would roll through again !!!!
