  I visited this mavis on a Saturday because I was having tire issues and needed a couple patched/replaced. They set me up with a replacement for all four and a good discount. During the inspection they also found my brake fluid and coolant needed flushing so I had them take care of both. I also asked them to take a look at my daytime running light. They said my lamp was blown, and told me it would be about $200 for the replacement. I made the mistake of assuming that they’d tell me that this wouldn’t fix the drl, so I was a little surprised to see that it’s still broken When I spoke to the guys at pickup, they told me that the drl fix would require full assembly replacement, which would include that lamp they already replaced. So I had just spent $200 on something that we’ll have to do again. They told me to go on amazon and find one I liked and bring it to them to install, but here’s the thing: I just want them to match and I’d rather not pay for both. Realistically I should’ve known to go straight to VW so they could fix this for me, so that’s on me. I told them as much, and they warned me that it would cost me $900. Thing is, it won’t cost me much less here and I’ll have to procure the assembly myself and do both so they still match. I’ve already spent $200 on something that will be included in a future repair that I have to do anyway, so I’m really not thrilled. This place is fine for tires, and they did fine with brake and coolant, and their other locations have been fine for oil changes, but in the future I’ll probably hesitate to go to them with anything other than tires and an oil change.

  This was my first time comming to Mavis , was recommended here and was not dissapointed . I had the pleasure of having Liz service me , excellent customer service . She is very Knowledgeable in what she’s doing . She was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know making shure I was aware of everything , and made sure all my needs were met . Will be looking forward to her for when I come back for my next auto service . I Highly recommend and will defiantly be comming back . Overall great experience here .

  Liz and Tilly were exceptional with the customer service. They took the time to figure out what exactly was wrong with my tires as one was unexpectedly flat. After many diagnostics they were able to fix it for me. Will certainly be going back!!

  This company is excellent and Liz is fabulous. My tire blew out while driving on the 429. However it was four minutes before closing. Liz and the team at Mavis Tires took care of it same night to ensure I made it home safely. They are the absolute best!
