  I have no words to describe how incredible the customer service was today. It was freezing outside, and Rob still went above and beyond to help me. It was just me and my baby, and he did everything he could, going back and forth to the store so I wouldn’t have to take my baby out into the cold. He changed my filters and explained so many things that had never been explained to me before. His knowledge and kindness were truly exceptional. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you, Rob, for using your gifts at work so people like me can be blessed.

  Im going to be petty. Almost everywhere has self check out, I get it. Makes it easy. But, what if I dont want self checkout. When I stand in line, don't just tell me to go self check out. Especially when its not busy.

  I have been going to this location for over 10 yrs for batteriesand other need and has always had a great experience, but today I encountered a extremely nasty individual, Montel L, greeted me with "what you want?", that's not how you address customers, my check engine light was on and needed it checked, I also said I needed brake light bulbs, then he yells at my what type of toyota, he became exasperated not even looking at me, never asked if I was a rewards member. Then he turns and yells at a young co worker to teach the customer to use the self check out so he doesn't bother us the next time. After he checked my car he stood with his back to me handing me my key, again nasty behavior. He told me there were too many options for the bulbs I needed he can't choose, I have chhose ot myself. I used the scan code and found that that store has only 1 type of bulb I needed. It's obvious this man doesn't want to work or assist customers in any way at all. I am 3rd generation US military, 59 yrs old. And to be treated with such a nasty disrespectful manner is unacceptable. I will no longer purchase anything at this location, you lost a loyal customer. There are many places where they treat customers and co workers with respect. There is Advanced Auto literally right next door and we will be taking our business there.
