- MMMaiko MMar 31, 20261.0I brought my truck in for service and was honestly shocked by the environment. The manager was extremely unprofessional and spoke to employees in a disrespectful, demeaning way right in front of customers. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and made me question the quality of work being done. No one wants to service their vehicle in a place where the staff is treated poorly and morale is clearly low. I won’t be returning.

When I came back, the manager confirmed he would honor it and completed the service. Only after the work was done did he say he wouldn’t honor it and demanded full payment. When I refused, I was threatened with police, told they would drain the oil out of my truck, and warned me not to even make a phone call to get a second opinion or i would be tresspassed from the property. I felt completely pressured and had no choice but to pay so I could leave and take this issue up with corporate. This felt deceptive and borderline threatening. I would not trust this location with my vehicle.
