  Listen… if you get Andrew from Safelite, you already won. He was on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and handled everything like a pro. No confusion, no stress—just got it DONE. Super respectful, easy to talk to, and you can tell he actually takes pride in his work (which is rare these days). Safelite, protect Andrew at all costs because THAT is how service should be.

  The tech was very informative as far as when he was going to be there also when he got there and when he left I was happy with the winshield it looks good and he did it in about 30 minutes I have another winshield I need replaced and it’s definitely getting done by safelite

  I believe the technician's name that showed up was Andrew he did a great job he did it fast and he was very informative before he showed up when the job was starting and when the job was finished definitely a 10 star job and you can tell when he showed up he had integrity and I could trust what he was doing

  Be aware that the customer service does not put down the correct insurance and then they do not want to have anything to do with fixing it. They never call when your car is complete when you call you cannot get in touch with anyone at the shop for hours you have to go there.
