  I had a service appointment at this dealership last week because my FOB was no longer working. Apparently, the call center canceled my appointment for the following day. When I spoke with Juan about it the morning of my appt, he said to bring my Range Rover in and they would try and get to it. Even though I told them the problem (my FOB was not working) they were going to charge a $387 diagnostic fee. I called at the end of the day and they hadn’t gotten to it. At the end of the following day, I called but my service rep had left early. In a nutshell: they charged a ridiculous diagnostic charge, could not replace a FOB during a two day period, AND had terrible communication. I was extremely disappointed in this service department.

  I had a great experience buying my car from Darion. He’s a very smart and professional guy who really knows what he’s talking about. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers. Highly recommend working with him!

  I’ve bought several new cars but I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. My salesman Christian was very communicative and informative .i called him about the SUV and he kept my informed for about a week till i could drive on the weekend to see it. The rest drive was the best one I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t feel any pressure or any pressure to buy. The finançing was quick and easy. The manager was exceptional as well. Christian took the time after my purchase to set up my new car and show me all the features. He called me twice the next day to see how I was and if had any questions. I highly recommend Christian and this dealership to anyone who wants a stress free buying experience. Five stars to Christian and his manager. Thank you both.
