    Initial inquiry handled by Jasmine. She was upfront, honest, not sales pitchy, and did her part perfectly. Rachel in sales handled price quotes and walking us through the pre-purchase process and answered our questions. We live about 4 hours away out of state. She made sure we were prepared and knew what to expect. She was well informed and reasonable. Sergey was our in-person sales associate. He reported being new at this dealership, but to our knowledge was well equipped to handled everything. There was not much aside from signing the paperwork we did with him because the price etc had been established through Rachel before we ever arrived. Sergey has followed up to make sure we were happy with our service and purchase and is only a call/text away for any questions and is responsive. Thomas handled our financing process. He was genuine and upfront. He went over all the additional options of warranty packages. I credit him for thorough explanation and doing due diligence to sell the add ons, but I never felt uncomfortably pressured. He was knowledgeable and respectful. We already had the vehicle picked out, numbers finalized, and credit approval done when we arrived and our experience took about 3.5 hours. It was a Saturday and they stayed beyond closing without complaint. Overall I'm pleased with my vehicle. The dealership took obvious care to ensure the used vehicle I bought was in good order. New tires, proper maintenance and cleaning were all completed on their end. Vehicle was as advertised. Vehicle was fairly priced. Dealership goes above and beyond on quality and service. Here are the things I would like to know before hand if I was checking reviews and had more choice in dealerships. They require IN HOUSE financing ONLY. I already had outside financing with a nation wide bank they would not accept. On a positive note they guaranteed to match or beat the outside financing interest rate. Which they did do. They do not price their vehicles or fees in a way they will negotiate. As a buyer assume you will pay the full MSRP they have the vehicle listed at, figure your tax rate for the purchase price then assume an additional about $2500 in dealership fees as your out the door total (pending additional warranty/GAP etc). I had been car shopping for a bit and this was more than double anywhere else I found through FL, GA, AL. To be fair this dealership had lower vehicle pricing, but higher doc fees vs others higher priced with lower fees, so that part kind of balances out. Do be aware they are not a dealership that you are going to drive away paying 1000s under listed price. For local buyers there are perks such as 1 year free maintenance and unlimited car washes. For distance buyers like myself we forfeit that and again, not a bargaining chip to our advantage, just a lost perk. All things considered I would buy from Honda of Ocala again. The actual people we interacted with through the process get 5/5 stars. My 4/5 star rating is it had a very big corporation feel. I admit endearing mom & pop style businesses. The everyday employees have their hands tied. The corporate powerhouse just calls the shots and you can choose to play by their rules with literally no other options to buy from them. It did not seem personal or as if they cared if they made the sale or not because if I didn't buy someone else would, so there was no need to make a deal. In this hustle hurried big business culture a business like Honda of Ocala blends in. They offer quality and that's appreciated, but in my personal preference they could stand out being more individual focused. Kudos to this specific dealership being closed Easter Sunday and their employees getting to be off!

    BE CAUTIOUS!!! NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! My son visited this location and traded in a vehicle which was in both our names on March 17th, 2026 due to his vehicle needing a transmission replacement, my son decided to just use the money to purchase a more reliable vehicle. Of course, Honda was a reputable company which made him feel safe about the experience, they proved to be no different, if not worse, from the a buy here, pay here dealership with telling customers whatever it takes. Salesman, Kevin Ortiz, who SEEMED to be very pleasant, advised and reassure us that the traded vehicle would be picked up from the repair shop at no expense due to it now being a trade. Well, as of today, April 7th, 2026, the vehicle is still at the repair shop and my son and I are both receiving certified mail regarding this matter from the repair shop with over $1,200 in storage fees. After several calls and an email to remind them to get the car, here we are. Instead of making my son’s experience seamless, they have cause more frustration. Hopefully, there will be a resolution soon without it becoming a legal matter.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Honda of Ocala. From start to finish, the lack of communication was unacceptable. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates, and even then, responses were delayed or unclear. Customer service was just as frustrating. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt completely brushed off. When issues with my vehicle came up, there was little to no effort made to actually resolve them. It seemed like once the sale was done, so was their interest in helping. The sales manager, Boston, was particularly unprofessional. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a solution, the attitude I received felt dismissive and unhelpful. That level of service is not what anyone should expect when making such a significant purchase. Overall, this dealership showed zero care for customer satisfaction or standing behind the vehicles they sell. I would not recommend Honda of Ocala to anyone looking for a smooth or professional car-buying experience.

    Visited this dealership to look at used vehicles (a Lexus and a BMW X3) and wanted to share the actual process so others know what to expect. Before I could meaningfully look at or interact with the cars, I was asked to fill out a personal information sheet. The salesperson followed a very scripted process and could not proceed without involving a manager. The keys were not readily available, and access to the vehicles required manager approval. After that, a manager came out and explained that due to how quickly their inventory turns over, they do not allow customers to test drive vehicles unless they are further along in the buying process (discussing numbers/commitment). As a result, I could not test drive either vehicle. For buyers who may not know: a proper test drive is one of the most important parts of buying a used car. It’s how you check for things like: * How the car accelerates and shifts * Brake feel and alignment * Steering and suspension issues * Unusual noises or vibrations at speed If you are not allowed to test drive before discussing pricing or committing, you are being asked to make a decision without critical information. If you’re considering this dealership, I would recommend confirming their test drive policy in advance and deciding whether that process works for you before visiting.

    We drove to this dealership from Saint Augustine which is about a 2 hour trip. We had an okay experience until we had a really bad experience. As most folks know, CARVANA offers some of the lowest trade in allowances. We had shopped around so we knew the range of the trade for our vehicle and I worked in car dealerships when I was younger to know that the trade in has to be low enough to be fair to the customer but to also allow the dealer accepting the trade to still make some money off the re-sale. Our vehicle on CARVANA was right at $26K. Our trade at our local Honda (Coggin) was $27.6 and a bit higher at our local Toyota. Morgan offers $20,000---mind you, this vehicle sells at most dealers for $32-$34K. This is beyond insulting...this is trying to really steal money from the buyer/customer. Needless to say, we left and at the car, the sales person is trying to get us back in to sit with a different manager. MORGAN--DO BETTER. FUTURE CUSTOMER, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU ACCEPT A TRADE IN OFFER AND MORGAN, MAKE THE OFFER AT LEAST RESPECTFUL. Last but not least, we asked why the differential fluid had been changed at just more than $10,000 miles--DIFFERENTIAL FLUIDS ARE NORMALLY CHANGED AT 30k-50k miles...person we asked did not even know what 'differential fluid is' and the life span and when this should be changed. POOR EXPERIENCE---PLEASE BUYER BEWARE---CHECK ONLINE WHAT THE RANGE OF YOUR TRADE IN SHOULD BE. MORGAN TEAM: MAKE SURE YOU CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK WHERE THE CUSTOMER LIVES AS WELL BEFORE YOU ALREADY FIGURE IN THE 'MORGAN PACKAGE' IN THE SALES QUOTE WHEN THE CUSTOMER LIVES NO WHERE NEAR AND HAD TOLD YOU ALL SEVERAL TIMES--WE ARE IN SAINT AUGUSTINE BEFORE YOU ALREADY TACK ON THE 'EXTRAS.'
