  We stopped by General RV to look at some travel trailers, they have a huge inventory and all of the staff were pleasant and we didn't feel high pressure to buy without knowing what we are looking for. John R took us out into the lot to look, he was very knowledgeable, as he's been in the camper business for a long time and shared great information with us. I would highly recommend asking for John, even though everyone seemed kind and helpful.

  Stopped there to look around and ended up buying a Class C motor home. The price offered is what made me say yes. Mr Chuck Bell in finance and Drew, one of the store managers stood on business and are true professionals. I recommend this company. Thanks again Sir

  We purchased a new 2026 Entrada from General RV Ocala. Overall the process was very smooth from the sales to the delivery. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional and really tried to make our experience as good as it could be John from the Orange Park store was our sales person and he was extremely accommodating to the many many questions we asked. After many months of looking at RVs at Jax and Ocala RV shows we decided on the Entrada. John was able to leverage a very good deal for us. The delivery process overall was very smooth. The service team took care of the items that were discovered during my third party inspection or the customer walkthrough. Everything was corrected satisfactorily though a few items needed to be relooked at but in the end corrected or will be corrected. Maria was very helpful in seeing us through the process. Brian was very communicative. Kelly was very knowledgeable in doing the customer orientation Finance process went well and no pressure. Only downside is that we needed to wait longer than we had expected to get into sign the deal. Once we got in Jon was quick and to the point to get us done and out the door. Do not yet know about how the post sales service process will go. Would like to think that it will be as seamless, timely and transparent as the sales and delivery process was. Will post another review once we experience that part of the journey.

  Steve Houston has been extremely helpful. He knew from the start, I was exploring options and would not be making a purchase for at least 6 months. However he spent close to 2 hours showing different floor plans, giving honest reviews of different makes, and answering all my questions. When the time is right, I will definitely give Steve a call.
