  this location is amazing I recommend everyone to go to this location weather you getting a rental on your own or threw a Insurance claim Mrs shara she was the bomb she got me checked in easy quick fast and checked out with ease we choose this enterprise again

  This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.The vehicle provided was in unacceptable condition: dirty, outdated, with visible damages, including holes in the carpet (I have pictures). The car also had multiple noises and did not feel properly maintained or safe to drive. Customer service was equally disappointing. The staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and made the entire process uncomfortable. Instead of helping, they treated me as if I was an inconvenience. What is most concerning is the apparent difference in treatment when you have an accent. The level of respect and service should never vary based on who the customer is. Consumers need to be aware and advocate for themselves. This experience felt like a pattern of providing substandard vehicles, especially in insurance-related rentals, while still charging full rates. I would not recommend this location. There is a serious need for improvement in both vehicle standards and customer service.
