  Reserved a car at the Ocala Airport location. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait for a car. After 30 minutes I was told they didn't have any cars at that location but they would drive me to another one of their locations to pick up a car. I said ok just as long as I got the car I had reserved. After getting to the second location, I had to wait another 30 minutes or more to finally get a car. Then they decide to tell me that when I return it I will have to bring it to the second location instead of the original place I reserved it at. Which is 15 miles further away from my house. Called Corporate and they said there was nothing they could do because it was a franchise. They would have the manager at the store I rented at call me. No one called. Tough luck. Don't use ENTERPRISE. Especially any of the locations around Ocala Florida.

  Lesson learned….After leaving the rental facility at the Ocala Airport, I noticed the tag was expired and the windshield had a quarter-sized chip. Continuing to drive with the family to Virginia, it wasn’t until I arrived at the military base that the expired tag sticker proved to be problematic and required proof that it was valid to enter the facility. Fortunately, someone at Enterprise was extremely apologetic and very quick to send an email confirmation as proof that the sticker was renewed but not placed on the tag. I’ll do better next time and hope Enterprise will do the same.

  One of the worst business experiences I have ever had. The person who we were dealing with with the little gold earring would ask questions and then while you were answering turn around and start talking to somebody else, was on the phone during the whole interaction, and would turn around and start whispering to other employees about people who were sitting in the lobby. Super unprofessional. Zero customer service skills. The whole interaction seemed like he didn't want to deal with us and it was blatantly obvious. Therefore we went to Hertz instead

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I returned my rental vehicle on the same day listed on my rental agreement, and even called ahead to let them know I was running about 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic on I-75. I was told it was fine because there is a 29-minute grace period and that I could simply leave the keys in the drop box, which I did. Despite following their instructions, I was still charged an extra day for $99. When they refunded my deposit, they deducted the $99 charge, which should not have happened. Trying to resolve this issue has been extremely frustrating. No one answers the phones at the branch, and customer service says they cannot help because it must be handled by the location directly. I spent four days trying to contact someone and even had to drive to the location in person just to get answers. Customer service and communication at this location are very poor. If you have any issues, it seems nearly impossible to reach someone who can actually help. If I were you, I would avoid renting from this location.
