    Unfortunately, they give you one price at first, and after the repair is done, the mechanics and billing department increase the cost. A modern-day scam with very little transparency. - Honest and transparent customer service should be before and during, not after.

    I went in this business to have a tire repaired that had been leaking. Great reception when I walked in. Took all my information and took him maybe 15 minutes to get my car in the shop. The mechanic did his evaluation of the tire and found it had been plugged before and does have a nail in it. He recommended due to the age of the tires to replace them. I knew I was close to having to change those tires anyway so I went ahead and got four new tires for my car. Highly Recommend this Shop……very Honest!!!! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left I was treated with respect and felt like family.
