  Everyone was super helpful when I brought my car in for battery change - Luis especially! He was so kind, treated me with so much respect, overall good vibes. Even opened the door for me to get back in the car. I wanted to make sure my car was locked and he answered the phone a few minutes after they were closed which saved me a trip from going back to check on it. Thanks Luis!

  Brought my car in Feb for 4 new tires, which I got for a great price. Then I was told I could come back for an alignment after I got back from my trip for a certain price, today when I went in their prices had changed but Josh still honored what they told me when I was in previously and did it for that price. Great service, great people & great prices. Highly recommend!

  I visited Tire Kingdom for the first time because I had something in my tire, and the staff were very attentive and kind to me. They managed to fix my tire without issues. If you have any tire problems, don't hesitate for a second to go to them because they'll do a good job. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!!

  Made a appointment on Friday paid a reservation fee so they could hold my tires with my appointment that I made called me Saturday Saud tires are not in. Will be in Monday. Monday came no call. Tuesday came they called but by then I have already replaced both tires. They kept my reservation fee and no apologies. When they called me I told them I had already purchased they took too long and gave me no info on Monday. They rudely hung up on me and kept my reservation deposit even though tires were not reserved.

  In general: OVER CHARGED. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. ACCUSATORY. CARELESS If I could give this business less than one star, I would. My boyfriend and I brought his vehicle in on a Friday for a flat tire. Ended up purchasing two front tires for $400. When we came to pick the vehicle up, the car was shaking and pulling to the right aggressively. However we were already home, so we brought it back the next morning. The gentleman working claimed we were not there the day before. He argued with us and said we hadn't been there since July. Finally, after a while we convinced him that we had been there. They kept the car for a few hours and called saying there is nothing wrong with the vehicle but they'll "rebalance it anyway". So once again, we took it home. Once we went faster than 20mph, it began shaking and pulling again. This time we brought it to a dealership where we discovered he had a blown strut. Which is part of the wheel. As professionals at TIRE Kingdom, this is absolutely something then should have caught and at bare minimum informed us of instead of making us feel crazy and unheard. These people are unprofessional and rude.
