  Last year, I had my brakes and rotors replaced. A few weeks later, my brakes started to squeak, so I returned to have them checked out. They claimed it was moisture and just part of the normal break in process. 2 more weeks went by and the squeaky brakes were becoming an embarrassment. I returned and when they checked the brakes they told me they were not installed correctly, and proceeded to replace them. A few months later, the squeaking returned, so I took the car back to the shop, where they proceeded to tell me the calipers needed to replace as well as the rotors and brakes. The guy verbally told me a price, but I misunderstood what he said, so the price was significantly higher than what I thought it would be. I had a long heated conversation with their regional manager, over the fact his employee did not give me a written quote, which is required under Florida law for repairs over $100. He said he reviewed the tape, and could clearly hear the price the guy said and there was nothing he was willing to do. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, and again, the brakes started squeaking again, this time I took it to the Toyota dealership in which they found that the brakes where not installed correctly, and get this….they used silicone as a filler. Brakes produce high heat and silicone melts in high heat…. In the pictures below you will see this black globs, that is the silicone. I would advise not having your brakes replaced at this shop. 3 times they tried, 3 times they failed. I am also 100% convinced that it was due to their poor workmanship, that the calipers needed to be replaced. Ocala has many shops that can replace brakes and tires, I would advise looking at them first.

  As a woman I was scared of getting scammed but the prices matched when I had my dad call for me and when I went in person on my own. They were kind and service was great, they helped me with what I needed, and prices were reasonable for me as a college student.

  The service technicians where spot on, the personnel at the reception was honest, polite, and very informative. The wait was bad! Caused by a long un-necessary wait due to poor scheduling with poor WiFi, no coffee.

  Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. I spoke to Christian who was very helpful in explaining what was going on with my brakes and battery. He was patient and honest with his explanation. I genuinely appreciated his time, expertise, and communication. I would absolutely recommend!
