  Really disappointed with the service I received today. I’ve been a customer for the last 5 years and frequently have to deal with new management which is unfortunate in itself. I brought my car in for an oil change and possibly new tires after seeing they have a buy 3 get one free deal advertised online. With the oil change and 3 tires my total should have been $541. I received a call after inspection that the cost of replacing all tires and the oil change would be over $1,000. I politely told the women over the phone that I was not comfortable paying that amount because that is not what is offered online to which I was told they would price match the tires to what is advertised online and I could pick my car up in 45 minutes. I agreed. Once I arrived I was told my total was well over $200 more than the price I agreed to paying over the phone and there was no management onsite and nothing could be done by Jacob at the front desk. I would never send a client of mine a quote then invoice them for $200 more than what was agreed upon and expect that client of 5 years to want to return. That price was never something I agreed to paying and would have just had one tire replaced if I had been made aware of the total cost I would be responsible for paying before I agreed to the service. Really disappointed and customer service was appalling when Jacob told me ‘so you just expect us to put your tires on for free.’ No, but I do expect to receive and estimate for the work prior to agreeing to have it done to my vehicle.

  This place sucks the people that work there is the problem at the front. Anytime I've came here to get at tire or change a tire they denie me and im like isn't this a tire place why is the so many loop and turtles to change a tire or get a tire?

  Wow! Clay was amazing to work with and is an asset to the company. On our way to dinner we hit a pothole that blew out 2 specialty tires. Thankfully this location was open later than the others. Clay had the tires ordered for an 8am delivery. He communicated every step of the way. When I called in the morning to ask if they could take insurance photos for me before discarding the damaged tires, he had already gotten the pictures for me the night before, without even being asked! I have never experienced that level of customer service. I've already sent one customer to them and I will continue to do so. Thank you for making a bad night a little better!
