  Absolutely incredible service! They were really backed up with short staff but the closing assistant manager personally stayed late to make sure my tires were installed. I believe his name is Bralin - I’m sorry if I misspelled that! Thank you for everything - you’ve got a returning customer!

  Best experience I have had at a tire shop. Helpful staff and great customer service. Explained my options and solved some problems I had with other companies. I really appreciate their help. Would definitely recommend this company and location to anyone in need of expert care and tire care.

  I had an issue with a tire on my dually after work one day and I rolled into this place about 40 minutes from close. They could have easily turned me away but instead could not have been more helpful and kind and they even stayed late to repair my tire and then would not accept any payment from me. At the end of a bad day it was such a relief to get help and amazing customer service. I will definitely be back and I will be telling all my friends to come here!

  I had a blowout on I 75 just before the exit of your store. I was able to limp down the road and make it to your store to purchase a tire.. Store manager, Louie Morales, was unbelievably polite and helpful! There were several customers ahead of me, and Louise continually apologized for the delay in changing my tire. I would suggest anyone in the area to use this store because of Louie’s fantastic customer service. If I ever have tire needs in the Ocala area, I will definitely return to this store. UnFortunately, I live 3 1/2 hours away, and cannot drive all the way to Ocala for a set of tires. Thank you to Louie and his team for getting me back on the road quickly!
