I would absolutely recommend this location. I wish I could remember the name of the woman at the intake desk. She was so pleasant, warm, and helpful. The service itself was faster than expected and I have had no issues. Thank you for an easy and stress-free windshield replacement and recalibration!

Worst company ever. Don’t use them. My vehicle had 3 windshields installed and 4-5 recalibrations and still isn’t correct. They have terrible communication and don’t care. I received multiple appointment scheduling emails with no input from me and no communication. Run!

Took three times to get my windshield replaced. The first time they tried to use the resin epoxy to fill it and made the crack bigger. They then came out with an aftermarket windshield in my computer could not read through the glass even though they were authorized for an original BMW windshield. The third time they got it right

The technician was nice, on time, and completed the work quick. But I was soon left I'm an emergency situation because technician did not tighten the driver side wiper arm all the way, and after using it for about 5 minutes, it overlapped with the passenger side arm, was pinned down, then when it tried to move it ripped the blade from my passenger wiper.
So I'm now stuck on the side of the road for 20 minutes in a downpour, trying to contact Safelite, called and texted technician to no response, called the support number which sends you to the worst automated system I've ever experienced. Can't get in touch with a person.
So at this point, I had to drive a mile down the road with my head out the window in the pouring rain to the nearest shop before they closed to fix this.
Onto the next day, I'm calling the shop, getting sent back to the automated system. The text chat finally responded and give me a bypass number, they tried to call the shop internally, still can't get in contact with them.
At this point I'm still not in touch with someone that can do anything about this issue. Absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to get in touch with someone. Probably will have to drive to the shop 30 minutes away and hope that they actually help.

My insurance company sent me to Safelite. Safelite couldn’t fix the glass until they sent me to their mechanic shop to have the regulator replaced. Then I paid my deductible and paid in full for the regulator and then they charge me my deductible again for the Glass knowing that I had already paid it now I have to try to finagle a reimbursement from my insurance company, which is State Farm and they said they would reimburse me. We’ll see but Safelite. I spent hours on the phone with them last night and they helped me not at all. Nobody would help me at all. They kept transferring me to the wrong department.
