I think it’s worse after they tried doing something then when they started and they left all their trash on the ground at my house after they left, I would not recommend having them come out. Only reason there is a star lit up. Is this thing requires you to use one?

The automated service does not default to a live person, but rather hangs up the call. After multiple attempts, I called People's where I was able to speak to an actual person who was pleasant and extremely helpful, scheduled a mobile service, and received a quote that was $600.00 less than safelite. No customer service at over triple the cost? Well, no thank you! There are much better options in Ocala.
- TTTomOct 21, 20251.0Overall a bad experience from what I thought was a big reputable company. Scheduling was a problem originally they were supposed to come out but then called me and wanted me to come in and bring the vehicle to their shop and wait but eventually came out to my residence. As far as installation there's many electronics in the windshield which has a big cover over it, after being told everything is completed the technician left and I got back in my car to park it in the garage and the cover fell down onto the console multiple pieces. I called the technician back said he will stop by on his way home hours went by and I called him to see where he was and he told me he forgot to stop by finally he came back out to try to reinstall it but the tabs were already broken. He advised me that happens often and that he didn't have adhesive tape or superglue to fix it note he knew this was a problem prior to telling me it was complete I was never told that it was damaged during the replacement which was very aggravating. Since it is important for the Dealership technicians to be able to access that if they need to I told him it needs to be repaired correctly which his answer to me was well it doesn't matter because you voided your warranty by replacing the glass in which he still wanted to permanently glue everything together. Then to add insult to injury the vehicle randomly goes off into Collision warning mode when there's nothing to collide with. A true train wreck and it's only just begun! You got to love the dirty handprints on the headliner.
