I wanted to take a moment to make sure she received the correct appreciation. The store is always clean and well stocked and it makes a big difference as a customer. Thank you Alisa C.

When I went to the frozen yogurt area, I noticed there were no cups available, so I politely asked an employee if she could please bring me one. Instead of responding professionally, the African American female worker immediately raised her voice and said, “I know, the guy already told me,” as if I should have known what she was referring to. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. What made it worse was that other staff members clearly witnessed the exchange but did nothing to step in or address the situation. This kind of behavior and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable and left a very bad impression of this Racetrack location.

Over the last 5-6 months it seems like the pumps are always out of paper and a person is supposed to walk in to get a receipt from the cashier. No, that doesn’t work. Huge unnecessary inconvenience for customers. There is no shortage of paper and plenty of downtime when an employee can check the paper at the pumps.
