When I brought the car in, Duncan came out and assured me that it would look like new when fixed. During the repair process, Duncan was in touch with me about how things were progressing. I really appreciated that, When I got my car today, it looked just like it had never been hit. Everyone was so nice there And it was great that I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all . Everything was handled by them . I highly recommend Joe Hudson‘s.

Both of these times it has been an excellent experience! first time my vehicle was totaled and they were excellent through the process. Most recently. a deer hit my daughter’s car. It was her first accident and she was understandably upset, but they made the process very easy. We also received the car back two days before expected, which was an added bonus!
