They brought me a loaner Genesis, quite a distance from their dealership. Picked up my car the next day and my car was clean and serviced as well. Adam and Dan stayed in touch with me the entire time and followed up with calls to be sure all was well. I will always use this dealership for any Genesis needs. I have other Genesis dealers near me but Ocala was absolutely the easiest and fastest with great staff and managers!

Part came very fast about 24hrs. Pick up was smooth Mike was the one who ended up handing me the part.
