  My 2019 G80 needed both a recall performed and a repair as well. Dan Metz, my service advisor, could not have been more professional and helpful! He took the time to answer all of my questions as I am new to the Genesis brand. He had a loaner vehicle ready for me at drop off, and all of my work was completed on schedule and well done! I have an extended warranty on my G80 and Dan worked with the warranty company to insure the repair was fully covered! I also appreciated that I was kept informed on the progress of my repair. I could not have asked for a better experience overall and I would highly recommend the service department!

  We recently purchased a Genesis GV80 Coupe from Genesis of Ocala and had an excellent experience. Maira and Samantha were both knowledgeable, patient, and made the process smooth from start to finish. They answered all our questions, provided clear information, and ensured we felt confident in our purchase. We are very happy with our new vehicle and appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommend this dealership and team.

  I've called multiple times to have my car serviced. I got placed on hold and no one ever picks up I'm just left there. I wouldn't buy anything here. Quick to try and sell you a car but, can't pick up the phone. I'm sure they wouldn't do this at Mercedes or BMW

  I drove 3.5 hours to look at a certified 2019 Genesis G70. The sales assured me the car was in good shape over the phone and sent pictures of the vehicle. Upon getting to the dealership I notice the entire rear bumper looked like it had been spray-paint fixed (despite having a clean carfax) I then noticed the pictures they had sent me had avoided showing this obvious glaring issue. Other issues with the car included the power adjusting mirrors completely not working on the passenger side and only partly working on the driver side, and a bunch of pealed plastic throughout the vehicle. I then asked about it being certified and expressed how the only reason I was willing to make the drive was that it was a certified pre-owned, to which they told me it wasn't actually and they made a mistake on the website and they needed to adjust that. Now, I had no interest in leaving a review until I just checked their website, and almost 2 weeks later they are still listing this as a certified preowned. This car was an absolute embarrassment for the Genesis brand and the complete disregard of my time from this dealership and trying to sell me a crap car has left me questioning about the integrity of Genesis. Buyers beware and do your research.

  Had a wonderful experience in the service department. Made a call on the phone to schedule a appointment for a Transmission service on my G90 , they didn't beat around the bush with the price told me straight up what the cost was. Dropped the car off the building is brand new and looks wonderful, had a employee come right out before my door was even open took the car and picked it up later that day. Car has been great ever since! Definitely a great experience with the service department!
