  They took thirty days to repair my Cadillac for a five mile an hour fender bender. Left the right rear corner interior post disassembled. Went back Manager says “ two clips I’ll order them”. Weeks later I return to check and I’m told the clips will be in two days. I return over a week later second time to check on clips. I’m told to wait until Managers lunch is over. So I did, only to have him walk past me and dismiss me without saying a word, pointing his finger at me, which is when I left. They can keep the clips and horrible service too! I will not return………

  Took my son's car in for a rear bumper repair. Staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. Communication was excellent. They called me about 3 days after drop off to let me know they no longer make the rear bumper that is on my car. So I had to agree with a plain bumper instead of the original one that had writing etched in it, texted me with updates 2- 3x a week. The car was finished, I called to ask about the other issue, which was mentioned at the time of drop off and apparently nothing was mentioned to the shop from the insurance co to check out the issue...communication then was not good. Waited and waited until I called again and was told they still haven't heard anything from the insurance company and that I need to call them. Meanwhile, I'm in a rental car that I need to return, (When the car is finished), and the insurance company knows the car is finished so now I'm being charged for the rental... yet nobody can find out answers, and I need to call now... Why should the customer have to do anything? I told the insurance company and the shop about all the issues when the car was dropped off. Long story short, I picked up my car. The new bumper doesn't match the color of the rest of the car.. it's lighter than the original paint. SMH, I returned the rental car because the shop claims the issue wasn't related to the accident, yet I had no issues with the car until after the accident. Make that make sense, please.

  My son wrecked my truck, USAA had us take it here. The price list they gave for repairs, they doubled the prices of many parts…from cost. They also noted to replace items that had nothing to do with accident like console me dash plexiglass. The costs associated with their massive markups took the truck over the threshold of repair and it was declared totaled. I did file a complaint about this with those in the power to correct this. The overly exorbitant amount they charged for parts it’s insane! Go to Liles instead and save yourself a headache
