  Beware beware I drove 12 hours round-trip from Key West . to purchase a 2026 coachman, leprechaun I showed up started doing the walk around the first thing he showed me the awning wouldn’t retract the second thing, he tried to show me the strip lights in the back. Only one of them worked as I’m watching him fight the awning I noticed that there was white caulking spread all over the seam at the roof at the front of the RV didn’t notice on the other side of the front above the driver they have ran into something they were trying to sell me a wrecked 2026 and hoping I would not notice it when I did notice it. Nobody wanted to speak to me about it. Nobody came out to say sorry they left me and my wife in the showroom until we ended up just ended up, leaving never has a management from anywhere contacted me to apologize or offer me any gas money or anything to reimburse me for my time buyer beware this RV dealer is selling wrecked vehicles and they will not tell you and they hope that you just drive away with it. If I didn’t know what I was talking about this would’ve been my RV and I would’ve drove away with it thinking I did that we tried to get the manager‘s name or phone number or email address before we left and the girls at the front desk said that they didn’t do that BEWARE of this RV DEALER Stay Away ☠️☠️☠️☠️

  Purchasing was great experience then everything else was bad. I already asked them to inspect the unit prior to pick up since I flew from California and would drove it back. They didn't even perform the recalls on the unit. It took them the whole day and still couldn't fix the alternator charging issue. In the end they didn't even connect the wiring from the alternator. After complaining to the headquarter, the service manager did call trying to rectify the issue but he ghosted me. Absolutely the horrible experience.

  Don't purchase anything from this dealer. Pre-, inspection is a joke, and what ever you do, don't purchase any extended warranties from the finance manager. They are as worthless as the paper they're written on. I purchased a 2026 Forest River R-Pod, which came with a defective kitchen faucet, that leaked everywhere. The finance manager told me to contact SafeRide warranty service, who gave me mechanics from other states not even close, and when the mechanic went to Forest River, Forest River would not cover it stating they should have been called first. 5 weeks camping with no running water in a 2026 trailer. Go anywhere but General RV, and purchase anything but a Forest River product.

  The salesman was great answering questions and was very helpful when showing us the different models. The finance department is a different story. Submitted our application and stated our conditions. Was told would receive an answer on Tuesday. Time came no communication. Tried calling couldn't get through to finance guy. Voice mails full and couldn't even a leave a message. Had to call the front desk and even they couldn't get to them and had to send an email for a return call. Finally called back needing stubs which should have been asked from the beginning. Then that is last time heard from them. Here it is Friday and still nothing. Checked bank account and money put down was returned. Again no communication on what's going on or updates. Simple phone would have made things easier. Don't like the not knowing and simple yes or no would be sufficient. Not what I would say good customer service.

  If I could give a negative star they would receive 10. Rude rude rude!!! The Service department is what makes repeat business and they failed. We spent 150,000 11 months ago and this service dept spent more time telling us what they couldn't do versus trying to work with us on our warranty issues. We arrived a day early, let them know we were there, a man told us he would be by at 9 the next morning to go over everything. We waited until 11 and they said we had to pull up to the drive. We did so and waited until 2:45 before we were helped by a very rude and hateful service advisor. I questioned the lady at the Service desk earlier if there was another advisor that could help us and she was to busy filling out title paperwork to even look at me and with a very hateful attitude said hateful #1 was our advisor and he was busy with a customer period! Brinkley please dont put your trust in these people😭. We drove off.
