  Pick up and drop off were simple. Derek received the car when I returned it and he was kind, helpful, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend Enterprise and will use again.

  Fantastic service! Everyone was very nice and welcoming the second I walked in. Big shout out to Brandin, he helped me with a rental car and was so helpful and patient. He explained the whole process and made it very easy.

  The staff was very kind the process to get a rental car was very easy. The only thing I thought they could’ve done better was to clean the vehicle. That was my only complaint. I think you should wash the vehicles before you give them to a new customer years ago I worked at Dollar Rent-A-Car and we always had to clean the vehicles marked down any damage that was on them before we could give them to a new customer.

  When booking the 15-passenger van there were additional terms and that was fine. What was not fine was the fact that it stated the van could be rented with a debit card but when we arrived at the rental counter we were told no. It was so bad that Gino, the branch manager, had to call a different department to get help and he still didn't assist us. He was blatantly rude, demeaning, tried to tell me that when I specifically called the branch that I must have reached customer service instead, told me that when he reached out for assistance that he would allow me to speak to whomever he contacted- he didn't until I told him that I needed to speak to someone over him because when I called, no one said/asked if I would be using a credit or debit card and that question is ALWAYS asked at other locations that I have rented through with Enterprise. Mo was of no more help than Gino. Telling me that under the payment section, which is not anywhere during the rental process, that the information was available and that he had just walked Gino through how to get there. If it had not been for Brandon and some of the other workers there, this would have been the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise and any of their Ocala locations. Gino most certainly needs to be removed from his position and trained a lot better than he is currently. He needs to be trained again on dealing with customers and not setting up false expectations and certainly on not telling customers what their experiences are because he has no clue. He was very unprofessional in his demeanor as well as his mannerisms. Microaggressions do exist and he exhibited quite a few of the disgusting ones that have nothing to do with his job and a whole lot to do with ego and the audacity of someone to question him. Not pleased with this experience in the least
