- JJJames Napier (jay)3 days ago2.0Well I first made a called in to let enterprise know my rental car/ wagoneer keeps shutting off on me, when I stop it shuts off I called the 1800 number and they said they would have a new rental waiting, so I get there tell him what happened and I ask hey can you let me know if I have a car waiting for me, under me or my wife, but what bother me was he didn't even try hard to check anything, didn't check my name or anything. So left and again which i was on hold forever, crazy. And still didn't get any help
