  I've been a plus member for years now. I rent from time to time but this time my car put me down so I needed a vehicle to get myself to work as well as my kids to school... I initially started renting a vehicle from Enterprise on November 1, 2025. After a week I ended up switching out because the tires wouldn't stay inflated. I was then put in another vehicle. I had it only about 5 days when as I'm riding down the highway, the "low engine oil" light begins to flash and the vehicle starts to hesitate. I ended up taking that vehicle back as well yesterday 11-18-25 and they put me in yet another vehicle. They only offered an apology lol This has by far been the most frustrating and inconvenienced experience I've had this time around with renting from Enterprise. Definitely weighing other options should I need to rent a vehicle in the future.

  Shara always makes sure to take care of me every time I come in. Always has a huge smile and such a great attitude! I drive 30 minutes away to get this kind of care even though I have an enterprise at the airport right next to me! Love love love this location!

  I had an unexpected need for a rental that day and was needing something fairly specific. The only frustration is getting the "call bank" area when the local office cannot pick up the phone, and I needed to speak with someone at the local. I did get through, however, and from that point, everything went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly, patient, helpful, and efficient. When I arrived, not too long before closing, everything was ready and I was on my way very quickly. All rental places were especially busy because of the airport shutdowns, but everyone at Enterprise always showed patience and a willingness to get everyone going. I was very impressed, have used them many times in the past, and will continue to do so.

  I recently had to rent a car for almost 4 weeks while my car was being repaired. Enterprise has usually been my “go-to” for car rental and will now be the only rental company I plan on using. I rented a car from the SW 10th St location in Ocala and the staff there was amazing. There were just a couple of minor hiccups with the vehicle and my needs were met immediately. Connor Cunningham, the manager at this location could not have been more professional and willing to work with me. His Management Trainee, Seth Harper, was my initial contact person and truly went out of his way to find a rental car to meet my needs. These two gentlemen are awesome and I will go back to that location for my car rental needs, just because of them. An excellent rental experience for sure! Thank you to Connor and Seth!
