Took my battery to be tested/replaced under warranty because my car was struggling to start and the symptoms were pointing towards a bad battery. They “tested” it and told me it was good I said can you load test it and they said yeah their tool does that too and it’s good. Persuaded to tell me it had to be a connection issue, key fob low battery, or starter. Not believe but giving the benefit of the doubt I went home and cleaned the connections just in case even though they looked great and reinstalled battery. Car continued to start poorly. Took the battery to another autozone down the road and they tested it and told me the battery was bad, replaced it quickly and I haven’t had any issues starting since.
