Stopped in to have my car battery replaced and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Hayden was friendly and very knowledgeable about my car’s make and model. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in to return an auto part. I’ve been a long-time commercial customer and usually get great service. I’m a business owner and I’m very busy, so I don’t always have time to run around.
When I got to the store, I spoke with Karl, and honestly, he was rude. He tried to send me to Orlando just to return a commercial part, which didn’t make sense.
Then John Grosso stepped in and handled it the right way. That’s real customer service. That’s how customers should be treated. Everyone in that store could learn from him.
Bought a battery for my SUV,had to wait to get it installed. The person installing the battery was not knowledgeable installing batteries, which is not a hard task he needed help from other associates.
I love this place ans I love the lady that works here she has talked me into a new corvette shes a super worker very knowledgeable

The Autozone store Manager, Jamie, found six small $1.99 items from five Autozone locations in central Florida and had them brought to her store, rather than me going all over Florida for them.. Her outstanding efforts have made Autozone my GO TO source for any automotive supply products. Her support was like another parts store may do for only $1,999.00 items as compared to $1.99 items. She and Autozone have truly exceeded my expectations .
I'm writing this review based on my experience as a former Purchasing Manager with several large corporations and as a college instructor in Purchasing Management Processes. I had responsibility for selecting hundreds of suppliers of goods and services. These selections were made to include proven performance and honesty, product/service value, outstanding customer service, and professional customer/supplier relationships.
