I came to this location with a specific battery that I was looking for because it was in my price range. Unfortunately that battery was not available but Payton went the extra mile and helped me with finding an alternative that was still within my budget. She was incredibly nice and understanding, helped me promptly while still giving good service to other people there, and then helped install the battery for me. I am 48 years old and I have been to lots of parts stores and mechanics in my life, and I don't think I've ever received this level of service.

Overall, it was a great first experience, and I would definitely return if I need anything car-related in the future. 🚗✨
