I dropped my car off at Gerber Collision today after being rear-ended, and I have to say—this has been one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had dealing with insurance and trying to get repairs started. Everyone seemed to be pointing fingers: the rental car company was blaming the insurance, the insurance was blaming the policyholder… and I was completely overwhelmed.

At a moment when I was stressed, tired, and honestly speechless, he stepped in, explained the situation clearly, and supported me in a way I didn’t expect from someone who didn’t even know me. I have never felt so seen, supported, and protected by a stranger.
Before the repairs have even begun, this experience has already resonated with me. It reminded me that good people still exist, and that I chose the right place for my repair. I feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely grateful that I selected Gerber Collision.
