  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the service we received at the Tire Kingdom located in Oakland Park. My husband went to have a trailer tire changed. We are a regular Tire Kingdom customer and usually go to other locations, where I typically pay between $98.00 and $105.00 for this service. At the Oakland Park location, I was informed that the service would be $126.00 plus $24.99 just to mount the tire. In addition, I was told that if I did not pay an additional $50.00 for the two tires I wanted to buy, they would not mount them at all. I immediately questioned these charges, because at other Tire Kingdom locations I have never been charged this way. Right there in front of the staff, I called other Tire Kingdom stores, and they confirmed that what I was saying was correct and that those extra charges did not apply the way the Oakland Park employees were claiming. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff at this location were unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude throughout the entire interaction. I then contacted Corporate. Shortly after, the store manager from the Oakland Park location called me. Unfortunately, he was also rude and disrespectful, and he did not make any real effort to resolve the issue or provide any helpful solution. While I was there, I also witnessed another customer, a lady who had taken her car in for an oil change, waiting for more than six hours for a simple service. This only reinforced my impression that this particular Tire Kingdom is extremely poorly managed. This is, without a doubt, the worst Tire Kingdom I have ever visited. I am extremely disappointed, not only by the unfair and confusing pricing, but also by the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service from both the staff and the manager at the Oakland Park location. I request that Corporate review the practices and customer service standards at this store, provide proper training to the staff and management, and address the dishonest way services and charges are being presented to customers.

  Don’t go there , been there for 3 hours for an oil change , then end up dropping my car when trying to lift , blaming me , now I have to fix what they did

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom, thanks to Reggie! He went above and beyond to ensure I was well-informed about my options and gave me a fantastic deal. Reggie was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my tire needs. Highly recommend!

  For the moment arrived workers were very pleasant & caring the place was cleaned & welcoming...worker Jeff & Reggie were kind & talkactive in asking about the car issues I will definitely recommend this location 💯% very please with the job they did on my car....

  BEWARE!!!!! these idiots like to strip bolts on your tires. I’ve had two lug nuts that have been stripped by them. One on both front tires. At first I thought maybe the technician was inexperienced. That was when they were (tire kingdom) But then it happened again now that they’re (mavis). So I’m just convinced they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to putting a tire back on. And here’s the funny thing I didn’t even come for tire service. I came for an oil change. So now you messed up while trying to up charge me while doing a so called (inspection) I definitely don’t think I’ll be back to get my oil change anymore
