He had no issue with the install and I was finally able to leave. Jose is a true credit to the Autozone team.

Found the part online myself which was at this same store. Order the part online and they decided to play a little game where they said they didn’t have the part I ordered and wouldn’t refund my money unless I came back into the store. This store terrible customer support, knowledge or skill unless it’s changing your windshield wipers or testing your batteries. Would not recommend this store. You’ll be hearing from the bank on my credit card dispute

I walked over and patiently waited for him to at least acknowledge me. I waited a few minutes before he finally said something.It was obvious he wasn't having a good morning. He wasn't feeling well. I gave him some halls and didn't bother to mention anything about his level of customer service. We all have bad days,but don't take it out on the customer. I will never purchase anything at this location again.

I called AAA and they said they couldn’t help me, so I drove to the closest AutoZone terrified my only license plate would fall off on the road. It was just me and my 4 lb dog in the car, and I had no idea how to screw it back on. Victor helped me immediately and treated me with so much care, like I was his own daughter. He reassured me, fixed the screw, and made sure my plate was completely secure before I drove away. He calmed my nerves and genuinely made me feel safe during a scary moment, especially during the holidays. This location is lucky to have him. Thank you, Victor, for your kindness and help when I desperately needed it! If you go here, ask for him! He truly cares about people.
