I purchased a new 1 and a neeer employee was attempting to install but was having trouble. He didn’t ask for help, but the Store Manager, Connie, noticed the delay and came out. She was amazing in stepping in and using this as a teaching moment letting the employee know that he needed to let her or someone know if he was having difficulties. That was her job. She stepped in and completed the task, while teaching her employee the process. She didn’t shame or embarrass but taught. I am extremely impressed with Connie. Find more like her. This AutoZone is definitely my go to. I’ve been using for years but today’s experience was top notch

He gave me options for my battery and Connie the manager was wonderful helping me and teaching me how important is to take care of my car. The store is very clean, manager was actually cleaning and sweeping the floor. Prices are affordable and well organized. I’ll be definitely coming back if I need anything else for my car. I loved the atmosphere.

Very polite, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I called to ask about returning a battery, when he looked up my number he couldn’t find my purchase history so he asked more follow up questions for details about the battery. We learned that I had made a mistake and had actually purchased my battery from a completely different auto parts chain. Instead of rushing me off the phone because I was technically NOT an actual paying customer, he instead continued to answer my questions and advised me on how to best present my case for battery return to the other store. And then he helped me price the battery for independent resale if they won’t take it back. Ultimately the call lasted less than 2 minutes, but because he made me feel welcome and selflessly helped me with something totally not his problem, and didn’t make me feel Stupid for my mistake, I will be returning to this store from now on. As a woman, I value car related customer service almost above all else. To Zachary’s superiors, you have a gem here. He’s a good one, I applaud him and whomever hired him. Thank you!
