  My vehicle was scheduled for tire rotation and spin balance. It was found that the wheels needed alignment as well. The work was completed before promised time. Very efficient and professional service. Thank you.

  I've been coming to this place on amd off for 3 years. Have 3 new trucks and each time I take my vehicle here there is an issue that I have to come back for several times including wheel balancing issues, alignments, valve stems, and many other issues. I once took my 2024 F350 here 3 times because the brand new tires the wheel weights kept flying off due to incorrect wheel weights. Last issue which is the last straw for me is an alignment I got on my new 2025 F150 with 5k miles. Informed them I installed a 2" lift. After driving with a crooked steering wheel and wheels out of caster for 6 months I decided to throw on some new tires and get another alignment at Antonelli Auto and Tire. Come to find out my alignment was way off like it was not done after the lift. Im at 11k miles now brand new truck. Attached are the alignment report photos along with mileage. Tires Choice will respond with contact us to resolve but I've been through this scenario several times and im done. Send me a refund for the alignment if you want to make it right.

  I worked with a manager on a set of tires for my BMW Z4. The car was taken in on time, finished on time and the installed tires look great. Alignment really improved the drive.

  Employees are always friendly and I trust their work. I never have to wait a long time for anything to be done on my car (tires, alignment, brake work, etc...). My ONLY suggestion is maybe regular customers can have access to some form of online coupons or a % off entire bill on their 5th visit.... The prices seem bit high. $334 out the door for one rear brake fluid hose to be replaced. For some people, like myself, on a fixed income....well some repairs really break the bank or take from food shopping money. Other than that, great place, friendly, trustworthy and prompt employees. Safe place to take your vehicle for service. 🙂
