- BWBilly WardFeb 8, 20261.0Easily my worst car wash experience. Paid for the ultimate. Go to pull in and follow the directions. My car is then bounced around as the front wheels skip over the ribs on the belt for thirty seconds until the lady loading did something and we got on the belt properly. Exit the wash which was fast and pull up to the vacuums. Got out and my car is soaking wet. Every side. Rear was still dirty. Zero tire shine on any tire. Go to start drying it myself and there’s two little towels, not much better than a paper towel, left in the dispenser. Will never return to this or any other Tommies express. Waste of $27

Any questions that you have I recommend him directly he will take care of you TOP Tier service! My car came out squeaky clean!! Vacuums work great! Always clean and organized around the establishment.
