- JSjames skidmore4 days ago1.0Hydraulic line broke as I went through. It got all over my truck. At first they tried to wash it off with cleaners while they worked to fix the problem. Then they sent me back through the line. Didn't help. The next hour I sat in the hot parking lot with the sun baking this oil on my truck. Finally came out and took the info to send to corporate. Also gave me free pass for 3 months and told me I'd hear back from them within 48 hrs. Never heard a word. I ended up calling almost a week later. They said they couldn't do any more for me. I ask how about a detailing to try to get some of this stuff off. Nope. So I wanted to call corporate myself and asked for the number. They told me to look it up on my phone. So I did. Guess what, its 130 dollars an hour to talk to someone from that company. They also give you an email to contact them. I will, but this company must be a real winner to charge people in order to take our concerns to their level. I will never ever us this company again. Suggest the same to all.
