- SSSergey Strelkov5 days ago1.0There are scammers working here. This is the second time, as soon as I present my credit card, they charge me with the most expensive service by month. This kind of fraud happened in 2024. They charged my credit card such high monthly rates for a whole year until I accidentally noticed it. And now again. I took the service for a month in December for $26.00. Without any permission or notice, they are charging me with a service for the month of January for $47.07. Then they charge my credit card for February and March for $47.07. I came to wash my car in March, and then I found out that I was their permanent customer. These are scammers! If I only rented for one month in December for $26. What right did they have to put other prices on me?

As a first-time customer, I wasn’t completely sure how the process worked and I was in a hurry so only bought a basic wash. During the wash, my truck unexpectedly stopped at the end before completing the final rinse and drying cycle. I pulled out and began wiping it down myself, unsure of what had happened. Within moments, Derek approached me and immediately offered a free detailing kit along with personal assistance to help dry my vehicle. Shortly after, the manager, Steven, came over to explain exactly what had occurred and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. He also offered me a complimentary wash to ensure my truck was fully cleaned and taken care of. The professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care shown by both Derek and Steven completely turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an outstanding one. Their proactive customer service and willingness to make things right speak volumes about how this location values its customers. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking not just for a clean vehicle, but for exceptional service as well. Thank you for going above and beyond!
