  Dave was extremely helpful and courteous. We drive by 3 tire kingdoms to get to this location. We have always been please with the service. Highly recommend North Port location.

  Dave the manager was very helpful and professional. The service technicians were active and provided a quick service to get me back on the road in a very reasonable time. I was going to wait to replace the other 3 tires but felt they had earned my business so I came back later . They did a great job and I felt they were straight forward with the pricing. I would recommend them anytime.

  After years of always dreading taking in my car places and getting new tires I was pleasantly surprised with Tire Kingdom. After I dropped off my car about an hour later I received a call double checking that the tires were correct before they put them on, which I appreciated greatly. My car was ready after a few hours and I picked it up. I got into my car and noticed this plastic piece sitting on my passenger seat, so I went inside and asked about it. The mechanic came out and explained it was a piece that he heard rattling inside the hood of my car and took it out. It was an extra piece that must have fallen when I got my lights changed MONTHS ago at another place. I just want to add that I've taken my car elsewhere for multi-point inspections and paid for those services and they NEVER found this piece. I paid for just tires and an alignment and the mechanic took the time to take this plastic piece out that the other place has been missing this entire time and could have cost me more if it melted. I'm honestly extremely impressed with Tire Kingdom and the workers/mechanics and because of this I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

  Two bad experiences here. 1st one, I usually use a Tire Kingdom in Fort Myers that treats me well. I had my oil changed and tires rotated because I bought them from Tire Kingdom so I have them rotates with every oil change, after the one I did at this location I went back to mine and the lug nits were cross treated and had to replace my studs because many broke trying to get off. 2nd was today I bought new tires for my work trailer and took trailer up there and asked if could mount them, they said no I had to just bring them the wheels and tires they would not jack up my trailer and remove them! Maybe I am wrong and there is a policy for this, but it is a Tire store, I know they have Jack's not just the lifts!.

  Bought four tires, 3 mounted and balanced, and an alignment done. fourth was not done because I was told if they tried to remove the 2 of the 4 lug nuts they ran a high risk of breaking the stud which they said I would have to pay them to have it repaired if it did, came right off with an impact and the right size socket at home. Found they had crossthreaded one of the lug nuts on the driver's side front tire, on a fwd car. so I am now also looking at replacing the stud. There recommended services on paper compared to what I was told is a joke meant to create a sense of urgency for a repair that isn't immediately needed nor properly tested. Quoted part prices are also way over what I found for the OEM parts. For what they quoted me, I'd sooner take my car to a dealer to pay around the same and have OEM parts and better trust in the repairs done.
